Pickup, Shipping & Returns Policy

PICKUP,  RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICY

IN-STORE PICKUP/CURBSIDE PICKUP

In-store pickup is available in accordance with current regulations.

Curbside pickup is available if the customer calls in advance to arrange for it. The phone number to call is (626) 798-1377.

SHIPPING

We ship through either UPS or FedEx.

Rate calculators for each company are provided in the shopping cart for the customer to choose the preferred shipping method.

Orders are shipped the following business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

RETURNS

We accept returns of product damaged in shipping and any unopened product.

Returned items can be exchanged or purchase price can be refunded, not including shipping charges.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS

We pay for shipping charges when:

  • The product arrives damaged and we are notified upon its arrival;
  • The product received was not the product the customer ordered and it remains unopened.

The customer pays for the shipping charges for return for any other reason of any unopened product.
