Certificate of Occupancy

At long last Stark Spirits Micro Distillery received the Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Pasadena on October 21, 2014! Stark Spirits started up at the Business Park of Pasadena on April 1, 2013. We had every single permit and license necessary to open for business on December 21, 2013—except for the certificate of occupancy from the City of Pasadena. During the many months we waited for that last document, we had the wonderful opportunity to live our motto: Strength is in the character! Now we’re doing what we can to make up for lost time and working day and night to get our product out in the marketplace. Look for Stark Spirits in your local bars, restaurants, and retail stores—we’ll be there very soon!
