Stark Spirits is producing hand sanitizer to help against the Coronavirus, COVID-19 pandemic. This hand sanitizer is the World Health Organization (WHO) Formula #1 recommended formulation of 80% ethanol, 1.45% Glycerol and .125% Hydrogen Peroxide, and it is registered with the FDA. We are compliant with Department of Transportation emergency regulations. Our hand sanitizer is a liquid, not a gel. It is often used as a surface sanitizer in addition to it’s purpose as a hand sanitizer.

Half Gallons are available in individual quantities and by the case of 9.
Quarts are available in individual quantities and by the case of 16.
*1/2 gallon and quart containers are polypropylene.
*5 gallon jerrycan containers are polyethylene plastic with twist off cap.

We have spigots for the jerrycans and pumps suitable for both sizes available for purchase.
We prefer purchase orders for 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon jerrycans, if possible.
Department of Transportation Regulations
An amount of hand sanitizer up to 17 gallons (119 pounds of packaged sanitizer) can be transported by any licensed driver. In compliance with DOT regulations, modified specifically during the pandemic only, the following are required to transport more than 8 pounds of hand sanitizer: a red “flammable” sign on the dash and a copy of DOT Guide 124 in the vehicle. Signs and documents required for vehicles by DOT will be provided by Stark Spirits. Orders larger than 17 gallons can be transported in multiple vehicles or multiple trips. The 55 gallon drum must be transported by a driver with a Class C license and Hazardous Materials certificate. We can arrange transportation if needed, and customer will bear the expense.
