Sugar-frost the cocktail glass. Combine all ingredients except 2 ice cubes in shaker, and shake vigorously. Place remaining ice in prepared glass, and strain into glass.
Pasadena’s First Micro-Distillery had a lot more firsts this past Friday, January 23. Stark Spirits made our biggest batch of California Silver Rum ever. For the first time we heated up the kettle for 210 gallons of wash. For the first time we used our new, to us, super efficient wash chiller (a wonderful improvement on its predecessor). For the first time we used one of our new 7 barrel fermenters. It was a remarkable day for Stark Spirits!
