Stark Spirits Barrel-aged

Barrel-aged spirits will be released “in the fullness of time.”  Stark Spirits will produce one year old California Gold Rum.  Our single malt whiskey will be aging in 15, 30 and 52 gallon barrels, some of it for release in 2035!  For those of you who can’t wait, we will have earlier releases… September 2016
